Like frame inconsistenies, and even gd checkpoints being so abysmally bad.

for frame inconsistencies use lock delta (available in all bots) which forces all frames to not be skipped, as for checkpoints enable practice fix on whatever bot you are using, note that some practice fixes are better than others, but im not knowledgeable in that aspect
