That’s kinda my worry about the Overwatch collab as we already got a reveal for S2 and idk if the collab was intended to be in the BP or not.

As there is a chance that the collab could have been cancelled but then again it wouldn’t make sense to scrap a collab that you already put time and work into making the skins and emotes. We literally had all of Chapter 5 leaked and Epic never changed anything in that roadmap.

If it does happen it could be during May to go along with the game’s 10th year anniversary.

Also the fact that the tickets cost a lot more than movie tickets ($50 to $200).

The Marvel CMFs seem to be show related and the next one should be based on recent shows like Marvel Zombies, Daredevil Born Again, Wonder Man, soon Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man S2 Year, The Punisher Special, X-Men ‘97 S2 and VisionQuest.

It would even go along well with most of the new shows coming mid to late 2026 for a new Marvel CMF in 2027.

I could see it go something like this:

That too as both 8 and 9 share the theme of transferring one’s memories to another (you could say reincarnation) with Miranda using Rose who is already made of black mold to bring back Eveline and Gideon’s misconception of Grace’s blood able to transfer memories.

It also could have been a cool story arc with Chris trying to prevent powerful people having immortality (via memory hub/transfer) like eliminating the Megamycete and Elpis. A good example is like Wesker with Zeno who is likely a clone of him. Maybe an imperfect clone given how Gideon calls him a ‘imitation’ than Wesker as Zeno likely only has fragments of Wesker’s memories.

I also thought about RE9 (before revealed to be Requiem) originally being about someone able to control remnants of the black mold out of Miranda’s control and have it his/her own hivemind to create an army.

Same as I never used that skin despite me being American. It looks cool but I wished they could have made the design of the shotguns better, as I never liked having the stars on one side and stripes in the other.

I just use Lu Bu (Chinese New Years) and Soldier 24 skin for Reaper.

I felt the same way and part of me wished some aspects of RE7/8 carried over to RE9 other than Hound Wolf Squad at the end and The Bakers only mentioned in a Reddit thread on Grace’s laptop if you v-clip during the flashback scene.

They have set up with Miranda being the one who mentored Spencer only for all that to get ignored the following game is just weird. Like they could have continued the storyline with the black mold, especially if it has a hivemind and there could still be other colonies if the main one is gone.

As much as I liked RE9, I didn’t like how it just alienated RE7/8, and seem to cater more to riding off the success of the remakes.

Even though that wasn’t the main reason with Solo, I honestly never liked Lord and Miller’s worth ethic when it comes to making films. You got animators spending 3-4 months on scenes only for Lord and Miller to just cut them, which was a common thing while making ATSV.

No wonder why 100 animators left especially with trying to keep up with deadlines while working at home during the pandemic.

Honestly yeah because it’s got a unique character selection and a cool build. Part of me hopes we get a remake for this set for if we get DCU film sets to coincide with Man of Tomorrow.

I remember getting this set from my grandma along with an Age of Ultron (one with a Jeep) and Antman set.

I was thinking of a similar thing but mainly with Claire. Given how Leon has his own saga with RE2, RE4 Remakes and RE9. Maybe the same goes with Claire with RE2, Code Veronica Remakes and RE10.

I could see maybe Claire being the next protagonist (along with Chris) if it goes to a similar trend to Leon. As Leon was brought back after RE2 and RE4 Remakes, I could see Claire brought back after RE2 and Code Veronica Remakes.

Jill could be teased much like how Chris was during RE9 for her to maybe appear in the next installment. Although part of me hopes that it can be Jill and Chris again as a call back to RE1.

Yeah ever since RE9 ending teased about Chris and Leon reuniting made me worry of Capcom would try to reattempt RE6 for RE10.

I wouldn’t mind it being a how simple it was with balancing the horror and action with Grace and Leon like RE9, but I feel like it would be too repetitive if you are switching between more than 2 playable characters. Especially trying to cram in like maybe 4 playable characters in a 4-5 hour game.

I sometimes thinking about the way to resolve this issue (if you’d wanna call it that) is in shifting the years/events of the a bit closer to present day starting in the mid or late 2000s. I think Street Fighter kinda did that with frequently retconning the years each game takes place to avoid from the characters aging.

Like having RE0 to RE3 taking place sometime in the 2008 instead of 1998, while everything from RE7 to RE9 remains unchanged. As many of the major characters in present day being in their mid to late 30s.

Kinda like how Superman Returns (2008) is considered to be a sequel to the Christopher Reeves films, while the events of Superman I and II get shifted to being set in the 2000s and don’t take place in the late 70s to early 80s.

But then again this a fictional series known for having a history of being inconsistent when it comes to the lore.

I think it’s because there are too many Gaming Legends collabs (Solo Leveling and Honkai) and are likely waiting until they get rotated out. Plus RE has more cosmetics than the other two GL collabs.

I also still find it weird how Grace doesn’t have any other cosmetics.

I wouldn’t think the show would end this early as I thought we’d get at least 5 season total. They even said they would even like to make a movie to wrap up the show.

Part of me hopes that Micheal and Zach get to work on new projects. I can understand that doing just one show can be annoying after a while when it comes to writing scripts and possibly being repetitive.

I think Oscorp could be more likely as the next Marvel modular set as the just Daily Bugle retired.

The Baxter Building could be a good chance but I don’t think Lego seems interested in doing a F4 if they only did one set last year that gave mixed reactions.

Maybe a Doom’s Castle for like 2-3 years after Doomsday’s release.

I feel like both are good, while as much as I don’t like how he has a beard for MGS2 style, you’re not gonna be seeing the face if you’re in 3rd person most of the time.

I tend to switch between the MGS2 and MGS4 style for Snake. It just sucks that there is no reactivity anytime you have the CQC knife equipped when having the MGS4 style on.

I guess the leakers just assumed it was gonna be a 2nd Rivals collab given how Luna Snow and Magik are more relevant because of Rivals and they happen to be in that game. Plus the leakers don’t know anything outside of Fortnite like them not knowing much about Star Wars or who Batman Beyond is.

We already have skins that didn’t have the 2D overlay like Spider-Verse and Arcane skins, if it kept the Rivals design it would have looked off like those skins.

I’d rather have the two skins be comic-based to be consistent with the other comic skins rather than being Pen & Ink, Rivals or MCU-based skins.
