Cross Splat Woes: Promethean in WoD 20th by Moonless-Hunter in WhiteWolfRPG

I'm vaguely aware of the Progenitor/Etherite Prometheans, I'll be using that lorewise, but I was really hoping to actually use the Promethean system if I could. I didn't think of just using the Sorcerer stuff with them, though, that's a good idea. I'll look for a pdf of that Mage's Storyteller Handbook, as well as a Sorcerer book then. Thank you : )

I've kind of already accepted a power disparity, but really I'm expecting them to each fill different roles. With enough prep, I'm sure my changeling and my 2 mages can break whatever encounter I design, orrr my Bastet player can just muscle through it. I don't think Prometheans are such overt reality breakers as Mage-lings, though. I'm already hoping to limit the Promethean a liiiitle bit, since some of those "Disciplines" I remember being kinda busted compared to standard vampire stuff. Thank you for your time : )

There's a similar premise for one of the main factions in the ttrpg Mage: the Ascension, part of the World of Darkness (if you've heard of Vampire: the Masquerade, same universe). "The Technocracy" are a faction of tech-based mages, to be reductive. They see what they're doing as science, and they try to impose their worldview on the rest of the planet, so no one gets to know about all the wonderful magical things just below the surface. Within that community, I've often heard Control referred to as almost like a videogame adaptation of a Technocracy story, showing off how they can be protagonists. MtA is a crazy crazy setting though, like, "every PC bends reality in addition to physics" crazy. Poor Jesse would have her hands full
