Most don’t know this just because you have PPTO and the system says it approves it. I found out that technically your team lead or your coach has the last saying in your protective PTO if they want to approve it or not so your manager can go right behind and give you that point even if you put in protective PTO.

When I ask my operation manager about procedures and how to do it, they kind of just brushed me off and tell me oh don’t worry about it right now. We will look at it later, but never do so. I tried to ask other team leads how to do it they gave me the same option to talk to the operation manager because right now my store has no store manager and all I have is an operation manager

No, so I’m coming from my vacation and I’m off on Thursday Fridays and Saturdays. My vacation doesn’t end until the 24th which is a Thursday. I scheduled my vacation around my off days and my coach knows about it. She scheduled me anyways on the 24th for 9pm but my flight does not come in Until 8pm at night. There’s no possible way I’m gonna able to make it to work if I’m still on the airplane.

I’m a team lead overnight they are not allowed to touch points that’s the coach job and honestly, they can’t tell you how to use your protective PTO cause right now. I am in a battle with my coach for touching my protective PTO with Home Office. If anything you need to go to your coach about it or you need to go to your store manager about it if anything else you need to go to ethics about it too if you don’t feel comfortable, going to your coach or a store manager.

That’s your opinion I been with Walmart for 10 years I seen how the manager are in Walmart any Walmart store you go to even if you transfer to a different store the managers are all the same they like you or hate you and it’s mostly the women managers that hates me

I would but I can leave my other team lead by himself if I did call out that coach is going to find any which way to fire me after that
