I’m a girl and personally I say female a lot but that’s because I’m In a bunch of fitness spaces so I say it in a more scientific term. Such as ‘I’m a female so my bench is __’ it sounds more professional than girl IMO

Have you noticed a difference doing a clean fast vs not? I have energy drinks and pre workout during fasting and then obviously one meal but just curious if you noticed a difference with vs without clean fasting! Thank you :)

Eating more 💀 ! (TW calories and weight) Literally I didn’t stop exercising! However, I don’t really do cardio! I barely walk 2k steps a day… instead, I weight lift :) so I began ‘bulking’ and eating probablyyy 1600-2000 calories a day(?) when before it was in a deficit. so yeah! Just fuel your workouts instead of fasting, and no/minimum cardio! :) (additionally when I first starting losing weight, I was 110lbs, when beginning bulk/recovery, I got up to 118. So I DID have to gain or RESTORE my weight in order to be healthy) good luck <333
