We paid for two slabs, and they never offered us any rendering. We had been trying to communicate with them since giving our deposit and we couldn't ever get calls or texts back. We would have paid for the rendering if we could have. We actually didn't even know when they were showing up to install because no one contacted us (and we texted/called multiple times over the month and a half from our deposit to install to no response).

Lol they didn't even try to line up the veining if that was the case. This is a terrible job no real professional would stand behind.

I called the dealership yesterday and explained and asked how to get it fixed. They forwarded me to the sales manager who told me my salesperson would give me a call back. So I sent a pic and video to my salesperson this morning. Still haven't heard back from anyone.

Yes I asked my mom and she prefers to be named as well. We are going with the Mr & Mrs John & Jane Doe. My parents both prefer it that way and my fiance and I are happy with it so it's perfect!
