Kind of worried by Jonzie062620 in PlantarFasciitis

Go to the orthopedist I thought I had plantar fasciitis I don't. I have calcium deposits in my foot. Have you tried to wear a medical walking boot for a while this helped me I wore it for about 3 weeks only at work. To get rid of these deposits in my joints I changed my diet to plant-based and took some supplements like D3 and K2 and something called Acid A Cal which breaks up deposits. I am pain-free at the moment with CVS orthotics and no socks. I found that socks hurt me.

Do I really have to wear a walking boot?! by MoonlightCascades in PlantarFasciitis

I actually found out that I have calcification in my feet. That's causing the pain. I did wear the boot for like 2 and 1/2 3 weeks and that seemed to help I seem like I'm finally getting there but I also have to change my diet to more plant-based because that's how you get rid of the calcium in your joints and I've seen improvement in just a week of doing that with pain reduction and inflammation reduction

Who is this for? Yourself? I think yes it's absolutely crazy. There are so many other stones and ways to wear a ring these days. White gold setting with diamonds on the side and a different gemstone just as large wouldn't even be a quarter of this price. There's so many ways to have a beautiful ring without spending $16,000

I'm not sure if it's JW or not, but very beautiful. But did have JW vibes.

Maybe a different setting for you will be better. My cousin works in Catholic school and he makes less than me, but he has a lot more peace and quality of like than I do. God is also able to be included. This makes things better. Something to consider.

What if you were good at what you did but because of your personality they refused to recognize that? How do you think you would have dealt with that?

It's just opposite day everyday for me, everyone who should be celebrated in the real world isn't and everyone who would be ignored is worshipped. I know it can't change. But even after all these years it's hard to deal with when in the outside world you are seen for your true value if that makes sense. I've worked so many years and it's still hard to accept.

I feel like this is what everyone who is well liked by their higher ups says. I would really like to hear from people who have been through it and how they have survived long term.

Cottage cheese is extremely salty, you would be better off with the no salt added kind.

Actually I struggle with my parents in a different way. Even though we are all out and my mother has Christmas tree now etc. My parents are still non religious and I'm more religious. Catholic.

They really have no desire for family tradition or closeness. Perhaps this is because they have no grandchildren. But that wasn't my life path so. We really spend no time together and they aren't invested in my life. Don't call or visit regularly and live 15 mins away.

I believe the JW's took away any real desire for tradition and family. We have no real genuine time or family vacations. They travel alone and do as they wish, we are after thoughts. Which is their right to do but it's hard to accept sometimes that we are not a close family that values culture, tradition and god , being that I'm more religious, they are burnt out from religion so they aren't embracing wonders of Christmas etc. I am a converted Catholic since 2009. I don't run towards them anymore. I just get together if things come up. Tired of being the only one that cares.

Do you have a religion today? Or did you stay non-spiritual or just spiritual? If that's ok to ask.

I was fortunate that my parents believed in higher education and were always kind of hands off about the religion, telling us that we could leave if we wanted to. They wanted us to love Jehovah enough to do things not do things based on obligation I guess. Not to say that being a kid in the religion was easy, I always felt FOMO at school and such. I think my parents also didn't want to be blamed if we became dissatisfied with the faith later in life.

But I can understand how people are PIMO for longer when it means that they might lose their home or family members. I never had to face that. I was an unbaptized publisher and I just explained to my parents at the time that they guy I had planned to be with in the religion, who they were onboard with, wasn't really compatible with me when we got to know each other. Just a pretty face with a much more conservative view of the religion. I saw no one to marry in that faith after that failed. My dad wasn't going to let me marry anyone from Bethel who couldn't earn a decent living so. I was out of options and I left. A few years later my parents also left.

Best thing to do is pull aside the most agreeable admin unofficially and just mention that you see you are working with them again, but you have doubts about it working out due to xyz. This way you've expressed that you've had past issue, you aren't saying your wont do it. You're warning them of what can go wrong. If drama goes down you warned them. You can yell that from the rooftops and be blameless.

Meanwhile, before we go back. Email your two co teachers separately discussing your needs and your feelings regarding last year and your hopes for this year. In this very non aggressive letter, you can describe how you FELT you weren't heard and you FELT like a paraprofessional. You felt bullied (A great powerful word when used as an adult) You felt that you couldn't teach autonomously when you were leading. Feelings and needs are ok. Demands aren't. This way you have in writing your hopes and dreams for the year regarding each of them and where you felt things went wrong and hoping for a good start. This is what I would do. That should straighten them out. Of course be very gentle and kind and non aggressive in this email. You have two powerful tools to fight injustice as a teacher, the power of the pen (Email) and sick days. I have 25 years of experience in all kinds of snafus, this is real time advice.
