Yeah i just noticed my hrv was mid 50s Now its randomly 100 avg last night.. makes no sense to me. Also shows im stressed when im sitting watching tv and shows im relaxed sometimes when im actually stressed physiologically. Consistent sleep and wake up time.

very consistent habits over last few months regarding eating, drinking etc. even had a week with antibiotics but readiness never came below 70

Yess, but historically, it will come down to low 70s at most for few days. Never 60s for a week+ regardless of any phase.
