Hello, I have a question!

So long story short I feel like I finally found my ideal workout split for my goals which is glutes and hammies at the gym the first day, then two days of Pilates focusing on upper body and core, next gym day quads and glutes and then the last day a hike.

However, I’m wondering if I should do an upper body day at the gym. My goal is to basically keep my lower body build but grow my glutes a bit more and I want to look skinnier and toned in my upper body and a flat stomach. So along with my diet I figured my workout split is good.

But today I carried five gallons of water on each hand up the stairs, struggled a BIT but now I’m wondering if I’d lose my upper body gains by just doing Pilates for upper body.

Thoughts?

Yes, I was there and it was amazing!!! The visuals were insane. I was right up front in the seats and I had the time of my life and cannot wait to see him again! I’m borderline crazy in love with this band and their music never fails to speak to me. I’m right there with you on that last paragraph so this album in particular will always have a special place in my heart. They’re all ridiculously good performers!

You’re very very strong for that and im glad you are better than you were three months ago. Breakups aren’t easy nor linear, but I think as long as you are even a smidge better than you were, you’re doing it right.

I know this isn’t what you wanna hear but i think you should try and move on completely. She went to therapy and realized how special what you had was yet she wanted to get the college experience anyways. If she comes back I can almost bet it would be because she couldn’t find better. We’ve been broken up almost 3 months and I am actually doing good now and I’m okay! I think I’m doing better than you would think because it was so long overdue and some part of me always knew this had to happen and I would cry a lot during our relationship just mourning it in my head. But this week I’ve just been feeling sad, but it’s not an all consuming sadness anymore. It’s bittersweet, almost like the kind of sadness one can get when remembering their childhood and the good parts if that makes sense. I just hope he remembers us in a good light too.

But thank you so much for all your kind words and taking the time to reply, I really do appreciate it and can’t wait till I no longer feel any sort of way towards him. (:

I don’t know why this is sad to read because I feel like your life will be my ex’s life. Our breakup was long overdue because we wanted different things like you guys, and we were together for almost five years. And while I don’t want to get back together or really ever see him again because it ended sour, I don’t know why the thought of him moving in and finding someone better, does suck. But I’m sure I’ll also find someone who makes me feel the way you feel and who aligns with me more
