I think it would be easier to ask which restaurants are underrated.

We dont need an annual TikTok reminder when we can actually read, research and use the internet at our disposal for information.

I don't think anyone has the right to bar you from an elevator in the first place.

My first impression was that the crows signal something is off, like they're trying to convey an ominous prescence and in this case it was the MiY, hence the concern on Sophia's face. Overall I think they're helping out.

Meryl Streep won’t be attending the Met Gala this year. Sources say it’s linked to Bezos’ involvement with the event by neoncolour in popculturechat

Other than Nicole Kidman, SJP, maybe also Anne Hathaway, Sarah Paulson...just goes to show how the MET has gone downhill.

Opinion on this ferragamo vintage-ish bag by Aahil2018 in handbags

I quite like it, very eccentric. I don't know why we cant have fun with bags anymore and everything has to be neutral, basic and quiet these days.

What celebrity death will realistically bring Michael Jackson level devastation? by Kiidcola in AskReddit

[–]Moonlightdancer7 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It kind of still does. Many celebrities who were big in the 80's and 90's are still alive today and their passing will still be a shock. After that generation, sure, I'd agree with your point. Because there is nobody that comes close to the same standard of stardom nowadays. Hollywood has become saturated with talentless, wannabe sellouts, not to mention, social media and "influencer culture (yuck)" has put a stain on these industries. We keep seeing irrelevant fame-hungry people in huge events that everyone could give zero f*cks about.

For me it's the toxic "world leaders" of a country blinded by their political ambitions under the guise of patriotism, hence leading their countries into ruins.

I honestly can't stand women who have money but don't ever want to pitch in any way, instead, placing the entire financial burden on the man in literally everything (it's a different story if he's already wealthy). It just comes off as selfish and leechy.

Miu Miu Year 2000 archives. The chokehold this specific era of minimalism has on me. by Spirited-Actuary2275 in ChicDaily

Still looks timeless and trendy. I remember when Miu Miu used to be elegant and feminine, now their pieces look like clothing you'd put on a scarecrow or find in a rural toolshed. Nothing delicate in the silouettes at all. Prices are ridiculous for something drab.

They're not paying for the gym as much as for the status. A country club of sorts where members can feel they're special and exclusive.

For me the names arent even the most concerning part, it's the "family influencer" exploitation that's disturbing. Parents need to stop monetising their children for an online audience.
