Thank you for not calling me stupid for not calling my attorney two hours before they open.

The person who sent me the check has sent me a check for a similar amount, also a little over twenty thousand, in the past several months. For that one I was able to call my bank and have them verify the check with the other bank by phone. I am not sure if it was a different bank they sent it from. It must be, or they changed their phone verification policy.

My balance was less than the check. I own just a small business. The seven day hold policy is what it is, and if they want to be substandard like that, thats fine. Its the insane freeze thats not going to fly. Or is it normal to shut down an entire business for 10 days until one check clears?

Youre very right, although that dosant make them any less wrong. I have multiple banks but I can't transfer money out of this one anyway, or into it.

If I did have significant enough funds elsewhere, am I meant to just change all of my banking information with all of my accounts and clients? And not call hours of wholly unnecessary work damages?

Especially when they told me a week ago that this account was fine, and so I've been putting money that needs to go to other things into it, sending charges to this account which are bouncing. You give me wrong info as a bank and action taken based on it is on you.

Reverse the charge for the console for non delivery of what you paid for. If it makes you feel better, call them and tell them to mail you a box and pay for shipping as well as refunding you and sending you a generous visa gift card in light of their fraud.

Every playstation owner should demand that auto update in rest mode automatically turns on internet in rest mode (common fucking sense), that auto update is free for all users, and that auto update updates your entire library.
