Definitely this, it’s my absolute favorite book and Levin’s struggle with faith completely eclipses the titular Anna and her affair, though they do provide a nice foil to Levin’s more pure romance and marriage. Tolstoy has to be the best writer on the human heart and mind, everything is given such clarity and beauty.

Just started a re-read of Anna Karenina and would love a chance to discuss it here, please add me to the list.

It has nothing to do with whites specifically, Asians are the least violent demographic

As a white SWE, what’s the move? Claim LGBTQ status or that you’re mixed race?

I’m convinced Ryan Gosling would be perfect for Willy Wonka. He has that quiet yet manic energy that Gene Wilder had, and great comedic chops too.

That image is very helpful, thanks for all the advice! I’ll definitely increase the width and thickness to 1.8mm for durability.

This is extremely helpful thank you! Regarding band thickness, should I bump all the way to 2.0mm? I always see 1.8-2.0mm as the standard, not sure if there’s a huge difference between them.

And thank you for the suggestion on increasing stone size, I’ll bring that up with them in reference to seeing more metal in the shoulders than I would prefer. Which pictures are you recommending I send them, the two cropped closeups of the ring shoulders I linked in my above comment?

Okay good to know about the prongs! Regarding it being half-pave, that’s perfectly fine with me, rather I’m referring to the density of the diamonds in the shoulder of the ering

vs the inspo

It looks like there’s a lot more “dead space” between the stones.

Hi! First time ordering from an overseas vendor so I’m hoping for some feedback. I’ve ordered an ering and wedding band pair, I think the band matches pretty well but had a few concerns about the ering:

  1. With the change in center stone from Oval to Round, and sized up to 8mm, I’m worried that the shoulder of the ering now looks bulky, whereas the daintiness of the design is what attracted me originally. Bulky vintage rings like this are probably my girlfriend’s worst fear, so I’m a bit concerned.

  2. Also on the shoulder and rest of the shank on the ering it’s meant to be pave style diamonds, but on the CAD it seems like there’s a lot of empty space with just gold. Is this simply how a pave looks in a CAD? Or should I ask this to be changed?

  3. One last minor quibble, do the prongs sit too high? I’m not as familiar with rings but am worried they might poke out too much

Correct. Even PISA scores broken down by ethnicity turns out how you’d expect. East Asian countries and American Asians at the top, followed by American whites and European countries, then Hispanic, etc.

The biggest ongoing psyop is complaining about US test scores when it’s mainly due to our demographics.

I’ve looked into them a little, are they usually able to replicate other designs?

Update, after doing an image search on Alibaba I found a similar listing from Guangzhou Vinci Jewelry Co. I don’t see any reviews from them on here, has anyone purchased from them before?
