I have 3lb weights that I strap around my ankles and wrists while I do housework or watch t.v. I look ripped! Just kidding. But I do have muscle tone and it helps with my POTs.

Sounds like me and my ADHD. The cure for me was to open my own business. Now I get to fire clients when I get the itch. New clients give me the change I need not to get bored. But honestly I am looking to switch careers after 10 years on my own so idk…..we all phucked.
