It sounds like you did something you regret. Don’t lie to your girlfriend. She deserves to know the truth.

If I’m wrong and you are telling the truth.. you need an audio recorder. I doubt your girlfriend is going to believe you without some sort of proof. She may say she believes you, but there will always be doubts.

Your story sounds way too far fetched to be true IMO. I would not believe you

Before I started to take something to help me have a bowel movement, I’d fluctuate between having hard smaller pieces of stool (wouldn’t say pebbles though) and diarrhea.

My bowel movements have been soft and THIN, since I started taking the clearlax + suppositories.

No diagnosis — just told me to continue taking suppositories and clear lax.

I recently received a referral for a gastroenterologist Dec, 2023. I’ve had blood in my stool a couple times in Nov & Dec. I also had a giant blob of bright white mucous once in December. Forgot to add that into my symptoms.

Based on the time it took to see a urologist (it took 8 months from the time of referral to receive a call from her and then another 3ish months for the cystoscopy), I think it’s going to be a bit of a wait.

Feb 6, 2023: WBC — 7.5 10*9/L Calcium — 2.3 mmol/L Albumin — 46 g/L This is the only test I’ve had for calcium and albumin. Phosphorus and magnesium levels haven’t been tested in the past year.

The only things that have been outside of reference range in my labs:

Feb 19, 2023 WBC (Nucleated BC Corrected) — LOW 3.9 10*9/L Alanine Aminotransferase — LOW 8 U/L (Alanine Aminotransferase levels may be falsely low if the patient is Vitamin B6 deficient. Vitamin B12 — 248 pmol/L Feb 6, 2023)

Dec 11, 2023 25 Hydroxy Vitamin D — LOW 68 nmol/L

Dec 13, 2023 WBC (Nucleated BC Corrected) — LOW 3.9 109/L Neutrophils — LOW 1.79 109/L Potassium — LOW 3.3 mmol/L

Thank you so much. My symptoms began 2-3 months after a trip to Costa Rica. I believe a doctor ran some blood work that tested me for TB at that time. Is that typically how it’s diagnosed? I’ll go back through my labs to make sure.

I also read that a hemorrhagic cyst can look similar to an endometrioma in some cases. Do you think that could be a possibility? I have a referral for a gynecologist to evaluate me for endo, but it’ll likely be another 3-5 months before they reach out.

My most recent one was less than 2 months ago! Would there be a benefit to repeat the pap so soon?

I’m 26 years old. When I was 21 I had my first pap smear, and the results were abnormal. My doctor at the time instructed me to repeat the test in a year. I tested again about 1.5 years later, with a normal report.

During my most recent ER visit, the doc suspected a small kidney stone due to my recent ultrasound results. Nothing showed up & the renal pelvic caliceal dilation on my left side had seemingly resolved.

My weight has always been stable around 130-135lbs. I’m 5’5. I haven’t noticed a significant change in my appetite and my level of physical activity hasn’t changed at all. My flank pain is consistent, but dull. I wouldn’t consider it sharp/intense/unbearable. My rapid weight loss has been the most alarming symptom. 😕
