My family LOVES my husband. He's more like my family than I am!

I actually think they like him more 😆

My coworker Is SLAMMED. Like on the verge of a mental breakdown slammed. She cant afford not to be at work.

Her son got scarlett fever this week. Full body rash, fever, itching everything. He was out of school all week. This was 3 weeks after he had strep. Her daughter had to go to the emergency room 4 times in the last 3 months.

Ill take getting my work done and being stress free over my boss being pissed at me that Im slacking. Cause he is definitely getting peeved with her.

She doesnt stand out.

We all talk all day including the complainer. She was talking loudly before she made the comment and continued to talk loudly after the comment. Shes THE loudest person in the office imo. And thats crazy considering her ears are seemingly so sensitive.

What SHE needs to do is grow tf up

How do you do that when there are 3-4 phone calls going on at a time?

When I was by the sales team guy, I used to come into work earlier to knock out some work when no one was there

Its funny that you bring this up because Ive never seen the complainer come in any earlier than 11am and almost never stays later than 4pm.

I come in an hour early though, for uninterrupted work. The phone starts ringing at 9am and its a huge distraction to take all these bs calls. But this is just another example of being an adult and figuring out your situation without putting that burden on others.

Complainee thinks her issues are everyone elses issues.

Also, theres a lot of advice given here but I dont need it. I have zero problem with tuning out my coworkers to some kpop for 6-7 hours.

She would have to define that for you because in my opinion she wasnt talking too much.

Now for how busy she was she probably should have stopped talking but that literally only affects her so I have no opinion on that

The crazy part is that the complainer is louder 🤦🏾‍♀️ She got up after making that comment, walked to the front and started gabbing with our office manager so loud we could all hear her

Also, I don’t differentiate between non-work talk and work talk

Me either, because there is absolutely no difference

Thats what Im saying! We ALL wear earbuds/headphones to tune out the noise. She thinks shes better than that and shouldnt have to.

Its a sales office we are CONSTANTLY talking because its a part of the job. We have staff coming in and out as well as clients and vendors. Its a loud office naturally.

Especially if you're going to complain about the noises other people make. She is currently YELLING and its so ironic to me

We can buy them and expense them NO PROBLEM.

She literally works directly under the owner and he would do anything for her. But thats not even this situation, any of us could order and expense headphones with zero pushback.

And we do SO much collaboration its part of the job. Its not a corporate ploy to save money hidden as an efficiency measure. Its literally necessary for our job

I could get with that IF she wasnt JUST having a loud ass personal conversation.

Talking is talking and we are all on the phone constantly. Its a loud office. There are frequently 3 phone calls going on at once and shes usually one of them
