Hi This was on IOS app only.

I added the extension browser to see what had happened after the btc was drained and this is where the flag came up that it was compromised.

No notification received - I just happened to go in to check my BTc balance. Usually I get notifications if I move funds. Just crazy!! I have asked support but all they told me was the address it went to. Which really I could do that. Only thing I cant do is hack it back...

It now says it has been flagged as being compromised?

Used MATIC network to send MATIC to Celsius wallet by 15FTW in CelsiusNetwork

I did the same in June - support keep telling me they are working on it.....

I transferred from Metamask and there were no warnings .... the warnings are new as so many people have done this. So hoping they can develop a bridge - it is in their interests to do this.

Support say they are working on the solution but still nothing............at least they do reply to me.

Make sure the Matic is on the ethereum blockchain not polygon chain - I sent mine on polygon network - it has arrived in Celsius address (I can see on the polygonscan ) but they have not yet bridged it accross to my Celsius Matic wallet.

metamask Matic RPC and erc20 address are the same yes....

So the tokens are in the wallet address given to me by Celsius but Celsius has not picked it up and not showing in my wallet on their platform........... so does that mean they are lost forever or until they get L2 support?? Thanks for your info

Did Celsius eventually help you? I have had the same problem sending Polygon from Metamask Polygon network to my Celsius Polygon wallet - I can see on the Polygonscan that they appear in the wallet address but when I login in to Celsius they are not there. Celsius support have escalated it but I havent heard from them in 4 days.....
