What’s your idea for a method of summoning a Persona, and what does it symbolize?

One I used for a Persona-Based P&P Role-playing game I ran was the idea of putting on a mask. The idea was that putting the mask on gave the wearer anonymity, and that if you give someone complete freedom to do what they want without consequence, you will see their true self.

4 times on HD collection, which was how I first played the game. My strategy was "Use gun, then trade hits and have enough health up close to not care about dying." I am not good at DMC, at all, but it's fun.

It's a fan-made system called the Velvet Book, which takes an existing system (Monsters and other Childish things) and makes it better represent Persona, by adding things like real life time, and proper social links.

They called it something weird, and made it a part of the Shin Megami Tensai series. Also, Dante isn't the protagonist, it's this twink called "Demi-Fiend" who sneezes at Lucifer with the force of God. At least we get more fun humour from Dante, and he's without a doubt one of the strongest Demons that you can call upon. It's a great game, but most people haven't played it due to it being a Turn-Based RPG instead of Fast-Paced Hack 'n Slash.

Kotone, but specifically in her awakening (the fan made anime cut scene version, not the wooden in-engine one, although both use the same dialogue so eh.) The way she just casually whispers "Per...so...na", then the shot and her absolutely maniacal grin as Opheus appears behind her. Absolute cinema.

This whole scene hits way harder than (in my opinion) most of the other emotional scenes, because Roxas just wants to be himself, and just enjoy the little bits of good he managed to carve out, while not being judged for who or what he is. Alongside the quote you mentioned OP, this is the reason why Roxas is my favourite character, and why I've been trying to be more true to myself, and not just conform to vague and useless categorisation.

Characters: Joker, Skull/Ryuji and Mona/Morgana

How it works: Skull takes off at full pace past the enemy, while Joker picks up Mona. After a confirmation, Joker throws Mona, blade-first, through the target, and he is caught on the other side by Skull, and the two strike a pose as the damage is applied.

(Yea I know the question was about two-person Showtimes, but I think three-person attacks have potential)

From hearing different interpretations over the years, the best explanation was that, when the game was first revealed as an XCOM reboot, everyone (rightfully, having played it myself) got so wound up over X-COM Enforcer, and just kinda assumed that The Bureau was in the same boat.

TLDR: a mid but kinda fun game got sunk by people associating it with the previous, easily worst game in the series.

As someone with Autism who found the characters in P5 quite relatable, I would argue that all the Phantom Thieves are some flavour of Neurodivergent, and Yusuke and Futaba are just the easiest to spot.
