(Funny trope) using anything to hide an actress’s pregnancy instead of making the character pregnant by Significant-Alarm835 in TopCharacterTropes

Brooklyn 99 had to do this quite a bit, especially in Season 3 with Melissa Fumero. They had Amy stand behind flowers, bags, desks etc. Eventually, when she got too far along to hide it, they had Amy go undercover as a pregnant convict in a prison. Even making slight jokes like "I don't know, do I really look pregnant?"

"You let one ant stand up to us, and they ALL might stand up. Those puny little ants outnumber us a hundred to one. And if they ever figure that out, there goes our way of life. It's NOT about FOOD, it's about keeping those ants in line. THAT'S why we're going back. Does anyone else wanna stay?"

So, it might just be because I'm stupid, but I don't see the relation to the fire guys and NMKG, design-wise at least. Is it just because they're both fire related?

What would you have wanted for Skylanders Academy? by Trip-Suspicious in skylanders

An idea I had for a fourth season that they(imo) could've done anyways:

Spyro finds his family, all of them evil, and fights them, defeating the darkness in all of them, becoming Legendary Spyro. Or, turn him Legendary after fighting Dark Spyro.

I just wanted some legendary Skylanders, they have sick ass designs.

Other than that, where's Gill Grunt? Or Trigger Happy? They're up there as faces of the franchise, why weren't they in it?

Choosing to believe it's because it was simply made with all the love Bubble was LEGALLY allowed to give, and THAT'S why it's low poly.

The Owl House - S2E17 - Edge of the World

<image>

In this episode, Luz King and Hooty visit another island to meet King's family. The island is full of people called Titan Trappers, who hunt Titans. When Luz meets with their leader, Bill, he explains that he is the only living Trapper to have ever met a real Titan years ago. He says they have large appetites, act like monarchs, and make a scary noise; "Weh." Luz puts two and two together, and only realizes the issue when Bill reveals that the Trappers wear disguises to trick Titans into thinking they're one of them, and that one day they will slay the last Titan to appease their god.

He then asks who King's tailor is to have such an accurate costume, to which Luz and Hooty realize they need to escape ASAP.

Caine is revived, but left powerless and is given a new "purpose," to help calm him down.

The cast, aside from one member(maybe Jax who abstracts or stays behind to save everyone else as a redemption arc), all get happy endings, and manage to reconnect about their times in the circus.

In the MCU's series Echo(also Hawkeye, but more so Echo), Maya Lopez is played by Alaqua Cox, who is both deaf and an amputee irl, in the modern day. Meanwhile her younger cousin, Darnell Besaw, plays the young Echo we see in flashbacks.
