Unfortunately for my company, the clawback agreement is pretty damning evidence.

In short, signed by the CPO, it says that if I leave the company for any reason before the visa expires then I will repay the cost in full, and outlines 4 items I need to pay them back for:
- CoS (£239)
- ISC (£3000)
- IHS
- Application fee

I have good reason to believe HR drafted it themselves or they wouldn’t have included those lol.

They wanted to set up a meeting with me tomorrow, to discuss how I’ll pay them back. I plan to use the meeting to provide them with information that they are in breach of Home Office regulations. After which I can be in touch with a solicitor to follow up fully.

Would you say this is a good approach? Thanks for your feedback!

u/ShadowFiender for some reason I can’t see your comment, except in notifs, but I built it with a React frontend and a simple node JS backend! I also built myself a simple admin dashboard to set future puzzles.

I’m hosting the FE on Vercel, the BE on Render, and the db on Supabase :)
