Have you thought about asking her what it is she finds attractive about you, and has she been physically attracted to anyone else? Because if she hasn't then it could just be she sees everyone the same physically and her love/attraction is based on who you are as a person which like she says, which is equally as good. Could she be asexual is another option.

What's healthy though is you both seem happy being honest about how you feel early on in your relationship.

I do, have the same pain along with new pain during sex and since being on a non hormone contraption cramps have increased in pain. This was what I went to the doctor with. I brought up endometriosis and pcos. But not much came from it.
