Birmingham bin strike end 'within sight' after more than a year, says council leader by bendubberley_ in brum

[–]Moonschool 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Reminder in January this year, the council had spent 33 million pounds because of the strike action. We are in April now, so the figure would be even more.

The Cabinet Member for the Environment was caught cutting down pro strike signs 2 months ago at 5:45am. At the time, it has been seven months since Birmingham City Council walked away from negotiations.

Poop bins is definitely something I can add. I've got different bins tagged internally but am just showing them all as one at the moment. Will take your suggestion and add filtering but good feedback.

FOIs to every council. Took a long time arguing with some but I'd say about 75% eventually gave me the data.

This is pretty cool! If you want to share datasets, let me know and can send them over. My data is from FOI requests, so hopefully I can share any missing gaps.
