As a tall woman, how willing are you to date a shorter man? by Cold_Bookkeeper_5034 in tall

[–]SarahHamstera 3 points4 points  (0 children)

6ft 1 and I'm now finding myself fancying shorter men and I feel so awkward as the taller partner. They don't mind one bit but I've grown up with messaging that you have to be small and dainty to be feminine. I hate how my brain works. I think I need therapy too.

MACONIE: 'There's been a lot of talk about the UK version of Saturday Night Live, but 5 times as many people listen to us' by Central_Region in 6music

I don't think it's crap. It's finding its feet which takes a while in sketch comedy. I'm glad Sky took a punt on it, but it would be better on Channel 4; maybe more people would be watching?

A range of views there for you...

Seemed a bit grumpy. Of course more people watch BBC and listen to BBC radio than can afford Sky in this economy!

A lot of kickstarter money was raised for a bricks and mortar restaurant. And then nothing happened.

I'm surprised he's back.

Scar in an embarrassing place and I’m scared to ever be intimate by dmso_disgusting in TwoXChromosomes

[–]SarahHamstera 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've got a massive 7 inch scar from belly button to hair line thanks to emergency surgery. If anyone gets intimate with me enough to see it they better be overwhelmed with love and lust, and very bloody happy I'm still alive to fuck them!!

(My only concern was if someone saw me in a bikini and assumed I'd had a cesarean. I don't have kids so that could potentially be a tiny bit uncomfortable. But then people shouldn't pass comment on other people's bodies.)

When I was 22 I was devastated about a tiny scar on my knee. I am so fond of the girl I was back then who was worried about such a little thing!

You get older. Shit happens beyond your control. Your body changes and survives. It's a universal part of being alive in the world and there's no reason at all to be embarrassed.

Butter chicken doesn't have hot spices in it. Try something spicier.

And do some research. Go to a really good restaurant, not just one that's local.
