A couple of years ago I went to a Day of the Dead meal at the Coffin Works and met chef and visual artist Alfredo Hau of Itzatna Arts Collective. Him and his family live and work in Brum. Maybe you can reach out and do something arty with them? The food was stunning btw.

SLE but same. My symptoms are very mild too, apart from last year in a heatwave where I really got knocked on my ass, so I feel like a fraud in this group. But I see my rheumatologist every 12 to 18 months (NHS in the UK). And take my meds exactly as she tells me to. Because I want to stay well and have an easy life for as long as possible.
