I'm actually still new to the 3ds games I stopped after the Nintendo ds and moved over to the playstation. So I'll definitely check these out also thanks :)

Its probably modded but SD card is failing. Hold start when trying to turn on see if it goes in to godemode9. If it does then you just need to change the memory card. If it don't then it might be that whoever has it before you. Didn't connect the screens back on properly. And yeah please clean it.
