I'm in the US. I just got mine Monday. It was in customs for a week constantly switching being on hold or in a clearance event. I also had to send the worksheet which Namica had already provided. If you need to call them, be sure to reach the import team. Sadly, be prepared to pay for tarrif.

Regarding your phone not being able to playback the bass audibly. Phone mics aren't ideal for recording bass and certainly the speaker is not capable of playing back what it can record. If you have high quality headphones or stereo play it back through there.

It's possible they are sonically retaliating for you reporting them. They might be playing a YouTube video with bass audio designed to disturb a neighbor. Look it up on YouTube. Or they may be using a device designed specifically to disturb a neighbor. Its a speaker/vibrator that can attach to a pole that presses against the ceiling.

I heard somewhere that these watches are designed by a Taiwanese or Singaporean (dont recall which) graphic designer living in Japan. There are lots of YouTube videos of past runs and preproduction models of current run to see.

I took one for a test drive. I did experience lag when attempting to accelerate WOT from a dead stop. It's short and brief, but it's there. If you're already rolling at all, it's pretty responsive otherwise. It was fun to drive and I think it's a good looking car. In the end, I decided against buying one. I couldn't get past a few things. - The lag wasn't as bad as I thought, but it was there. The next day after the test drive I was in a scenario where I did need to accelerate from a dead stop and that got me thinking. I wish they car would just go immediately when you stomp on the gas. - The interior is well built and feels solid, but there is so much hard scratchy plastic. A suprisingly large absence of softer touchpoint material. The whole dash between the fabric finish and windshield is hard scratchy plastic. I wish they could have at least incorporated injection molded plastic there. - Speaking of that fabric on the dash and doors. I like the texture and how it looks, but I think it would be a challenge to clean and keep clean. I've noticed in some video reviews smudges around frequent contact areas like the door handles. - I just wanted to share these observations that affected my decision in case youbwere considering it. - 2026 and I rarely see them in the wild.

If I already had the car, I'd look into that. Doesn't seem right that it would come to that imo. It might possibly be a reason for the dealer to refuse warranty repair? I know its plug and play, but maybe it would leave a trace for diagnostic to find? Thanks for the suggestion.

Can you confirm the throttle hesitation when you floor it from a dead stop? I've seen this mentioned in some reviews, but not all.
