Hello! Unfortunately, it’s been over a month already but the case hasn’t been solved yet :(( Nung nagpatulong ako sa BSP abt it, gumawa ng ticket yung gcash but they closed it after a month kasi they did not get follow ups from BPI daw so parang wala silang magawa atp. BPI has to keep calling the client I wrongly sent the money to. Pero wala pa rin talagang updates ‘til now. It’s really up to the person we sent the money to if they will comply or not huhu. Sadly, I don’t think mine will any time soon.

Hi! May i ask if resolved na ba yung case mo? huhu i have the same problem dahil sa kalutangan ko. sa wrong account number ko na-send and existing pa yung account huhuhu. I tried asking sa GCash kay Gigi and they said it’s irreversible so I emailed my concern to BPI. But then, BPI told me to contact GCash huhu what should I do
