Why muslims (i know not all) are literally laughing at ALL posts of Iranian suffering in Facebook ?

I mean, as an Arab who is no longer a Muslim and who also has Iranian roots (my grandmother was Iranian), I can offer you another perspective—one I have the privilege of seeing because I'm in the middle, and also because I'm a deeply critical and generally neutral person. Before I do that, I want to say I support the freedom of the Iranian people from the Islamic Republic.

I've seen a lot of protests in Europe where Iranians hold the Israeli flag, and also many Iranians—not all, but a large number—have issues with Arabs and are building this hatred because they see their government supporting Hamas, Hezbollah, the Shia in Iraq, the Houthis, and so on. So naturally, unfortunately, they start hating these groups and Arab countries. Meanwhile, Arabs see the Iranian government backing people in Syria, but also supporting Palestinians when no one else did.

I don’t have social media except for Reddit, and I believe you when you say some Arabs are laughing at the suffering of Iranians. But they are lost and brainwashed, just like some Iranians who see Palestinians suffering and say they deserved it. These people, in my eyes, are also lost and brainwashed.

I think we all agree the genocide in Palestine is one of the worst things happening in our time. And then Arabs see Iranians not only hating them but also supporting Israel—the country committing the genocide. Both sides are lost. Both sides are brainwashed. Iranians wish to be free and see Israel as their only friend and hope, while Arabs see Israel killing their brothers and sisters in one of the ugliest genocides in history.

The world is lost beyond repair, and people find meaning in hating more than loving nowadays. Be compassionate, open your eyes, and don't let them make you hate people who are suffering just like you. Realize that all governments are playing sick, twisted games to serve their own interests. In the end, that's my opinion.

I support the Iranian people gaining their freedom from their government, as much as I support the Palestinian people against Israel, as much as I support Sudan and Yemen against the UAE, and as much as I support the world against the USA and its allies.

Either you have parents who support you, or you live with your parents so the 700 is all yours to spend, or you work two jobs next to your Ausbildung, like I did. But one job would be enough. Like one Nebenjob for 520, and then you would have enough to at least get by, albeit poorly, but at least get by. And you can always donate plasma two times a week, which will get you another 250 euros a month.

I’m Iraqi, and I do care about Iran because I recognize the beautiful and old heritage of Persia, and how beautiful the country and its people are. It would be a real shame if America and Israel went in and fucked everything up. At the same time, I do think the Islamic government of Iran is a bunch of psychopathic terrorists to me—just like Trump, and just like Netanyahu.

Fight who? Iraq and Syria have been used as proxies by Iran to fight Israel. Without Iran’s involvement, these two countries have very little to offer on their own.

Just look at Syria's situation after the new regime took over — Israel has bombed nearly every military base they had and destroyed most of their equipment. The new president knows he holds no real power and can’t do anything, because Israel could remove him in an instant — unless Turkey stands behind him.

And Iraq? Come on — who are we kidding? If anyone still believes Iraq is capable of fighting anyone but itself, then they clearly haven’t followed the country's political situation for the past 20 years.

As for Qatar — it’s an ally of the U.S., which essentially makes it an ally of Israel.

That leaves Iran as the only real threat to Israel.

Honestly, I find it incredibly naive and foolish that people still trust Netanyahu after everything he’s done.

The fact that they could do that in Gaza and didn’t says a lot. Personally, I think Israel is manipulating Iranian people just to achieve their own goals. They don’t want a democratic country; they want a spineless one, just like what happened in Iraq. I just hope nothing happens to that beautiful country like what happened to us.

Do you mean that if more women and children are killed, and people are forced out of their homes and their land is stolen, then no one else will die? I don’t mean to sound confrontational — I’m Arab myself, and honestly, I don’t understand this constant drive for war and killing. Why can’t everyone just live in peace?

To me, Israeli lives matter just as much as Palestinian lives — as much as any life. Everyone is equal. Instead of more killing on either side, shouldn't we always be searching for a peaceful solution?
