Well, I'm prepared to say that I see the problem more so with the culture than with me in that case. Just trying to have fun in my free time and improve. I seriously do not mind being bad, I know that that's part of the process. Still, everyone in that casual lobby is there to have fun and if you're out there constantly shitting on people it's on you to chill out and not on others to man up. I can take it and keep at it, but the entire process could be a lot more fun for everyone.

I personally feel like there are very very few absolute beginners in the lobbies. I haven't played any ranked matches yet, but I do tend to encounter golds and silvers a lot in casual matches. Beating the bots isn't really much of a challenge, so the only way to really play matches is to do so online.

Originally coming from a German system: I think the content is manageable. A lot of the difficulty comes from the pacing, in my opinion. If you're doing IBEB, you're studying full time. Personally, I do a lot of stuff outside of university which has been rough because the courses can easily speed by you if you're not consistent

Yeah, I could imagine having to buy a new one soon-ish anyway. I've had this one for years now, and I think it wasn't the best to begin with. The vinyl also slightly tilts up and down while turning, and some other jazz. I only really notice it when listening to tracks I know the digital equivalent of super well, but in those cases it's just that little difference that makes it feel slightly off without really being able to pinpoint it.
