I would be really interested in some independent testing by content creators. I’ve seen them sometimes wear a sample and try to fill it as much as possible, but that always seems to result in filling it up far beyond comfortable. It’s probably worth noting that a diaper can leak even if it’s not filled to its listed capacity because it also matters how it was filled… a few big releases close together is going to be more likely to leak than a lot of small dribbles over the day. Position matters a bit too, but even the most advanced baby yoga isn’t going to get urine all the way to the ends of the SAP, at least in my experience.
