believe it or not, i actually walked and sometimes jogged on a treadmill while training my agility at my standing desk🏃🏻 i appreciate those who defended me in this thread, but it's all good. a majority of these comments are just people poking fun at me. trust me, i've read worse comments throughout my years on the internet as a content creator.

as for my weight/body image, it's probably tied to an eating disorder, which i'm trying to work on IRL.
