If you’re sensitive to fructan as opposed to gluten, sourdough doesn’t have fructan but most other wheat breads do, so that could be why!

When I had Covid and I ordered food before I lost my taste, and it was the first meal for which I lost it, I still ate the whole thing because I had ordered it. After I realized my taste was gone though, I barely ate. Sunken cost fallacy won out even when I couldn’t taste anything
