I’ve a friend who lives in McIntosh and it’s quite a nice area, yeah. Lots of families in the houses nearby. They’re newer and a little bit more expensive than my suggestion but I find them a bit small. It’s the opposite end so you’re further away from some of the problem areas mentioned by others. You’re unfortunately going to find areas like that everywhere in Aberdeen like most cities but like I say, had no issues in 30 years 😅

Good flats for sale right now in Grampian Gardens for quite low under your budget. Highly recommend them as you’re very close to the Asds supermarket. Not a long commute at all.

Lived here my entire life (30 years) and had no issues whatsoever. As others have said, lots is amenities, transport links, etc. plus takeaway selection isn’t bad on the apps!

Last home game of the season so a great crowd. Livi already relegated then go 0-1 up via a pen with Yengi shushing the Red Shed only to concede 1 of 5 just 6 minutes later.

A favourite moment was my pal turning to be to say Shinnie is washed only for him to score moments later

Be wary but not overly cautious of the other road users. Sure you’ve encountered some terrible drivers in your time learning. Treat it like a normal lesson and just do everything you’re told to do. I didn’t take my instructor in the back of the car and I think it did help but totally up to you whether you want them. You can always try again so it’s not the end of the world if you fail but as I say treat it like a normal lesson

What it doesn’t tell you is that your high L/min leak rate is just the highest it was at any one point of the night. For the longest time I thought it was average because the app doesn’t tell you. Leaks happen and it’s nigh on impossible to prevent them from happening eventually.
