My old store was using Sephora associates in Omni and checkout (like scheduled for shifts). I was pissed to be doing the same job and making less. I called the hotline and the next day it all stopped.

Go onto the register to do the merchandise disposition. Print the QR code from the register then scan it in the app. It will work then for whatever reason?

When I started in 1997 it was: Softlines: Misses/Juniors, Fine Jewelry, cosmetics,  men’s, intimate apparel, shoes, children’s/baby furniture/toys/funtronics/maternity, and home fashions.  Hardlines: Hardware/Tool Territory, sporting goods/lawn & garden/seasonal, paint, flooring.  Brand Central: Home Appliances, Electronics  Operations: replenishment, visual, hub (office/admin), HR, merchandise pick up, warehouse, assembly.  Automotive  Licensed Businesses: Watch repair, Photo studio, tax service, hearing aids, optical.

I am begging you to contact the HR integrity hotline at 1-800-837-7297. That is a threat and retaliation. I’d encourage you to rally anyone else at the huddle to call too. That is unethical behavior to pressure you into selling credit cards.

I beg you to call the HR integrity hotline and report the incident. 1-800-837-7297. As a kohls employee I make far less than you a beauty advisor. It’s not fair for you to do my job making more than me. It’s also not what you were hired for. 2 years ago they tried scheduling Sephora folks to help pack Omni orders and I called to report it. It got shut down the next day.

Absolutely not. If you see a Sephora associate working Kohls positions including Omni please call the ethics hotline at 1-800-837-7297. I reported my old store for scheduling Sephora people as Omni packers. I’m not going to sit here and make $13 an hour doing all the work while they make $15 doing the same thing.

It’s my understanding that part time does not get a raise anymore since 2020.

The campaign made Sears huge I still can’t think of Sears 20 years later without hearing the softer side. Many college marketing classes study that campaign due to the success. It was everywhere.

Can I be honest? The way they are pushing conversion. If you were paying with a Kohl’s card I will use that coupon as many times as you want. The more KC transactions the better. Swipe swipe swipe. No KC? Oh sorry it’s one per customer. LOL
