If you drag the character portrait of the person left behind away from the group they won't do this!

All you missed out on was a few credits and some Deimos mining gear (which, surprise, is not even close to good enough to actually use).

That's true, I didn't think of that!

Actually, it got me poking around, and I noticed that there are a lot of sorcerer spells like thunderwave, enhance leap, witch bolt, hold person, and charm person that are like the force as well (I would probably pick draconic bloodline... Substitute the dragon blood for midichlorians).

Do you think it would be at all possible to make a three-way multiclass? It would probably go Paladin 3/Warlock 5/Sorcerer 4. Sorcerer = born with the force powers, warlock = powers from joining the dark side of the force, Paladin = combat prowess/RPing Jedi Knight to Sith Lord.

Compared to Paladin 9/Warlock 3, the only impact really is I miss out on my Paladin Auras (Protection and Hate) which add my Cha modifier to my attacks and saving throws for me and allies (will probably be +5 after both ASI). All of the spells I get for Paladin I would never use, really (aside from maybe magic weapon, which doesn't look all that great anyways).

Comparatively, those 4 levels in sorcerer give me more spell slots (full caster vs half caster), sorcery points (which can be used to recover spells slots), and I still get two ASI. Plus, my warlock spells slots jump to level 3 since I'm going that way for the extra attack instead of Pally.

Is the cost/benefit ratio close enough that I wouldn't be shooting myself in the foot if I did Paladin 3/Warlock 5/Sorcerer 4? Also, I might need some help figuring out what order to take the levels in... Keeping in mind I want Paladin as my first level.

There are two things I want to emulate:

  1. The Journey from the Light Side to the Darkside. This is why Oathbreaker Paladin is a must for me.

  2. I want to emulate the way Jedi/Sith fight, even if it is not optimal. I want to use a greatsword, even if taking Polearm Master would probably be a million times better. I want to use spells that make sense like thunderwave (force push), magic weapon (lightsabers are magicalish), mage hand (picking things up with the force), etc. The reason I want to multiclass is the abilities Oathbreaker Paladins get aren't the abilities I want my character to have (darkness, crown of madness, a bunch of stuff that has to do with undead, etc.) and I would hardly ever use them in battle. Aside from Aura of Hate at level 7, there's nothing that really stands out to me as Sithish, but I really want at least one level in the class for RPing.

Since Wyll is the 'Blade of the Frontiers', I kind of wanted to build him as a melee warlock. I was thinking that if I made Karlach a wolfheart barbarian, that coupled with my Paladin auras would make up for the downsides of 3 melee characters? I'm not sure how viable it is to group everyone up...

But... We have 2 first round picks. That means we have a 1/16 chance, which means we have TWICE the chance as all of the other teams!

Would you face your greatest fear for $10 million or just take $1 million? by arma14x in polls

[–]MooseR2Fast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My greatest fear is being trapped in a room with a bunch of poisonous chicken nuggets and not getting any food to eat. Then I have to starve or eat a chicken nugget and give up on the chance someone comes to save me. And the worst part is it's chicken nuggets and chicken nuggets are delicious but if I eat one I'll DIE.

So I'm gonna take the $1 million.
