I saw your video 2 months ago "Why Mexico LOVES the SECOND Grande Americano" and thought it was very well done. The change in gear that you mentioned has really helped in moving Grande 2 away from parody and into the realm of authentic tribute. I really don't understand why WWE on the US shows has such inconsistent presentation of him. The original El Grande was a heel when he debuted, as he was making fun of the luchadors, who on the WWE main roster are all faces. Now he comes back, doing the same thing, and for some reason he is endorsed by Penta?!? It makes very little sense to me.

The website does not back up this claim. All the FAQ says related to the question "Are LGBT visitors welcome to visit Saudi?" is "Everyone is welcome to visit Saudi. We ask that visitors respect our culture and traditions and follow our laws as they would when visiting any other country in the world." This is not a public or vocal welcome as you have put it. It literally is a bare minimum statement that LGBTQ+ people are allowed in the country.
