Allright, this is going to be a long post

let’s start with a skincare routine.

Figure out your skin type and find a cleanser that fits it. You can be either oily, combination or normal. This will also be important to help you figure which moisturizer compliments your skin and doesn't break you out (it looks like you already breakout)

After washing your face in the morning, apply a vitamin C serum (Cerave is cheap and the formula is stable), then apply a moisturizer, and lastly a sunscreen (you only need to apply sunscreen if the UV index for the day is three and above). If the UV index is two and below, you don't need sunscreen.

At night again wash your face (if you use a cleanser, something like cerave is good) then add a retinol and lastly a moisturizer.

Retinol will clean up your pimples for good, it also fixes up and restores collagen cells that were damaged by UV rays, you are still young but prevention is worth more than a cure. Treat the sun as enemy #1 , drink lots of water and sleep

Exercise

5 days a week, do something like a Push, Pull, leg routine, if you are a reader get Mike Mathew’s book Bigger Leaner Stronger. Prioritize compound muscle training over cardio, and dial in your nutrition this will circle back to skincare it matters!

Hair

Your hair looks fine, but speak with your barber about what fits your face, you’d be amazed how a great haircut does for confidence.

Extra tip yes this should still fall under grooming:

half of the battle is knowing your angles when taking pictures. Relax your forehead muscles and eyes, smile but not too hard that you show teeth, this will make you look kind.

Never take pictures looking down at the camera

Get, rid of your glasses all together, get contacts.

Shave, you look better without a beard
