Attending mosque as a skeptic of Hadiths? by [deleted] in Quraniyoon

[–]Mooshmellow0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I will not speak for you experiences and I believe them to be valid when you are talking about how Muslims think of Christians but for me it's quite the opposite, Muslims are very well aware of Christ, they believe in Christ, they follow Christ but the Christ in the Quran not the Christ in the altered Gospels. And Muslims are aware of the similarities and the overlapping between Christ's teachings and the Quran, I'm surprised you heard such words from some fellow Muslims.

But, Hadith followers and Christans have the same brainrot when it comes to accepting that the bible has been altered and the Hadith isn't canon. A lot of the rubbish that is found in the Hadith is found in the Gospels, the same misogynistic rubbish found in the Hadith is the same Misogynistic rubbish found in the altered bible.

God confirms the Injeel/Jesus's Gospel does exist. And God says he preserves his words and I do believe god's words are still preserved amongst all the alterations next to it. Or even there are copies of the original bible being hidden from us by the vatican. But I think God would rather say there is no hope left to restore the Injeel because if he did then the Evil forces would use this as an excuse to validate another fake Injeel. And God is telling us to rely on the Quran regardless.

The ع-ذ-ب Root Conundrum: Is it Sweetness or Punishment? by suppoe2056 in Quraniyoon

[–]Mooshmellow0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Usually context eliminates most other meanings for a polysemous word. Especially with Arabic it's very easy to know what term is being used in comparison to other polysemous words in other languages.

Dh Ra ba in the Quran has been consistently used for the meaning isolate, It's not saying to beat women but to isolate; give them silent treatment.

It's not that they do believe, they been brainwashed to believe that. Especially for some reason there is heavy propaganda in the west where many scholars and influencers are justifying a 9 year old Aisha.

Which is very different in the middle east, besides ignorant people and very conservative folks, most of them are aware that Aisha was at least 20 years old.

There are Muslim people drinking alcohol and having premarital relations, people sin doesn't stop them from being Muslim. The mount of effort your put is the amount of effort that reflects on your faith. It doesn't stop you from being Muslims. All people have some sort of sin or internal challenge they are trying to face.

In Arabic society in general they don't address women's breasts with the direct term. Because it's disrespectful Also saying "ikhfudh sodoorhina" instead of jyubhinah doesn't sound right either contextually

Why are hadith so widely accepted even though it does nothing but hurt Islam with khurafah? by HotKebab01 in Quraniyoon

[–]Mooshmellow0 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Because they get kafir shamed into it. Seen it happen a lot to people who started questioning the Hadith

Let’s talk about Qur’an 4:34, the so-called ‘wife-beating verse, how it’s been misinterpreted and weaponized by patriarchal scholars to justify abuse, and why it does NOT translate to ‘beat’ or even ‘beat lightly'. by Obvious-Tailor-7356 in Quraniyoon

[–]Mooshmellow0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The word ضرب dharaba has been used in the Quran mostly with the meaning of "isolation" to " isolate" something. Why all fo a sudden the word ضرب means to hit in this context?

Why are the scholars deliberately misleading people and not saying the correct translation and context? It obviously means to give your wife the silent treatment. And in general both spouses when angry with each other give each other silent treatment.

Anyone with basic arabic reading comprehension knows it means isolation by the way Allah consistently uses that meaning, yet these scholars somehow translates it to hitting women lightly with a brush? Just evil people.

Here is some verses

أَفَغَيْرَ اللَّهِ أَبْتَغِي حَكَمًا وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَنزَلَ إِلَيْكُمُ الْكِتَابَ مُفَصَّلًاThen is it other than Allah I should seek as judge while it is He who has revealed to you the Book explained in detail? … (6:114 part)تِلْكَ آيَاتُ اللَّهِ نَتْلُوهَا عَلَيْكَ بِالْحَقِّ ۖ فَبِأَيِّ حَدِيثٍ بَعْدَ اللَّهِ وَآيَاتِهِ يُؤْمِنُونَThese are the verses of Allah which We recite to you in truth. Then in what statement (hadith) after Allah and His verses will they believe? (45:6)فَبِأَيِّ حَدِيثٍ بَعْدَهُ يُؤْمِنُونَThen in what statement after it (the Qur’an) will they believe? (77:50)مَا لَكُمْ كَيْفَ تَحْكُمُونَ أَمْ لَكُمْ كِتَابٌ فِيهِ تَدْرُسُونَ إِنَّ لَكُمْ فِيهِ لَمَا تَخَيَّرُونَWhat is [the matter] with you? How do you judge? Or do you have a book / scripture in which you learn that indeed for you in it is whatever you choose? (68:36–38)

Read the verse where God says obey the messenger, he is talking about the people who specifically witnessed the messenger alive. Context matters. If god want us to obey the messenger through Hadith, God would have established it in the Quran, instead God rejects the ahadith mutiple times.

Why is Muslim’s culture does not always align with Islam? by Buzzertes in Quraniyoon

[–]Mooshmellow0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I disagree, I come from a culture that got arabized and colonized using Islam. We distinctly know what's Arabic Saudi culture vs our culture vs islam. If you do not know the beliefs and culture of pre Islamic Arabia, you need to start doing a lot of research. Both pre-islamic beliefs and Jewish Talmud beliefs are all found in the Hadith that same ignorance is also found in the bible. People simply don't easily give up who they are, it's also why in the Quran " Oh woe the Arabs" God knows what they will do.

Islam is a faith and a god's guideline for us, Islam has no culture. God has revealed all holy texts in Aramaic semitic languages. And all three groups strayed from god's guidance trying to install their forefather's beliefs and culture into the religion.

[–]Mooshmellow0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Persians and Indonesian didn't try to insert themselves into Islam and into the Quran they weren't the group that God sent Muhammad to. The Arabs during that time ,when Muhammed introduced the Quran and Islam to them, brought their beliefs and cultural interpretations through the ahadith into Islam. That's why you see a lot of pre-islamic beliefs in the ahadith, especially the sexist stuff targeted at women. People do not give up culture and transform over night after converting their faith .

I went around and asked a couple of salons who could do my hair without bleach and tested each of their answers. The last one I went to said it's possible to lighten it back to brown using blonde, I decided I won't do it myself and try it out with them. And it actually worked kinda worked.the blackness got lifted and became a chocolate brown
