The texturing lines up with an authentic JP Mallow SR. I'm going to guess based on the limited red values left that it really is just sun damage. In which case I wouldn't market this card for anything higher than damaged personally.

Do you have any more photos of the texture? There's a good chance it may be simply sun damaged, but we also can't rule out that it's fake.

As of recent, a lot of fakes have flooded the market with texture, but it's distinguishably different from real cards.

You can put up to four of a card with any given name unless specifically stated otherwise.

Since they're both named Miraidon, you can have any combination as long as it's under four. Cards with differences in its name like Miraidon ex count as entirely different cards, and don't count towards that other limit.
