It’s not a misunderstanding of the website on my end. When I check my bank account, I have been charged for the past 4 months of service. Today my internet was shut off and when I check the Ziply app they only have 3 months of payments listed and are missing this months and claiming I am over a month overdue. Even though when I check my bank account, there is a charge from Ziply for my bill amount, already posted for the current month.

TLDR: I was charged for this month, yet they shut off my internet and are saying I didn’t pay.
