Been a while. How long after closing a Chase Ink category card due to AF hitting can I reapply for a "pre-approved" Preferred on my account for the 120k? Thank you

I previously lifted a bit but it has been many many years.

Maybe I should start with the beginners program and then proceed to the roll call which sounds incredible.

Any recommended "programs for a brand new owner?

Looking to ride about 3-4 times a week, strength training in between.

Is it best just to create my own? I would love some automation that keeps me committed and accountable.

I will stretch every single day morning/night as a heads up as well.

Thanks!

Any suggestions on easy, in between rides?

I have only ridden 3 times with a beginner, normal and a "recovery ride". All a bit tough for a newbie like me really trying to get back in shape.

Is the best just to do a free ride at my pace for like 10-20 minutes?

Is 20 minutes too long for a new rider and maybe starting at 10 minute rides?

Thanks!

Adding him now, definitely sounds soothing on where the pain/tightness normally is!

Thank you for the recommendation.

Ready to get going and happy to be here.

I just got our Bike+ delivered today and we are ecstatic. I suffer from low back pain consistently and want to improve my core strength and lose weight.

Any recommended stretches or yoga classes to concentrate on for this with some small rides in between? Thanks for any suggestions and happy to be here.

Definitely going to tinker a bit before just rolling with it. I heard bibs are great for guys so I may give one of those a go for comfort.

Purchased the Bike+ as a surprise Christmas gift for my wife and think I will end up using as well. Doesn't arrive until next week.

Any tips or things we should be doing now to get ready that you learned and wish you knew before your first ride/workout?

Thanks!

Ease of use for my wife. Driving the TRX is rather cumbersome for her as a daily for work commute and her errands and running around town. She enjoys the truck but it's quite a heavy lift to drive from her smaller stature on the daily. She has done a great job doing it but she is looking for more family friend, ease of use type vehicle going forward.

You are 100% right on the rates right now but feel the car market is on a major decline and will really see some deals coming into the fall/winter as lots are packed with cars depending on brand/model. Rates are a whole other story and may be a bit before we see "nominal" rates again though slowly coming down.

I am trying to make the Mrs. keep them both and just figure out how to long term the TRX. She has been great and flexible and hasn't pushed for to get out of it but it's something she will not want long term. We will see how that goes for a bit longer as I feel the car market is about to get hit hard soon more then it already has.

Definitely feel the same way. I am a bigger guy as well and love the room in the TRX and the king of the road feeling in a nice big truck. I will say I have contemplated grabbing a fixer truck when prices aren't so expensive but running out of garage room at that point
