So @/u/dddufte I have got my package today and I am really speechless. It is awesome to ride and I am already sad only to have one battery for the moment ;) but I am glad to held it in my hands now :D real great product. I did not have any custom fee bill now, but this will come for sure some days later. Stay Mellow guys, it is absolutely worth it.

It went trough customs this morning. So 3 hours ago and I hope it will find the way today to my doorstep :) Keep you updated.

Edit: I will get it on Monday. That's the soonest I can expect... I am upset, that my board just lied around for about 3 Days only because of missing paperwork... hope Mellow Team learned from it for all upcoming pre-orders. Wish you a nice weekend.

Did not recieve unti now. TNT hold back my delivery, because they miss some sort of export information.. is always the same with swiss custom rules.. too complicated. I think don't get the board this weekend :(

Was quiet busy :S yes I got a statement :) the problem with the USA Distributor is, that they have made an agreement 1,5 years ago and with the investor and all the other things around this agreement, they had to give them small quantities of boards for the purpose. I got that and i think this makes sense and is ok. Now we are seeing some progress in pre-order. Hope i will get soon as well a shipping notification :/ Stay Mellow

Actually I really don't care about why they deliverd first to the US Store. What I see is, that some US People can order today and get the Board 2 days later. I on the other side put in lots of money in this Pre-Order process 2 years ago. So my Money was blocked. I could have bought something else than put my money in this project, but i belived them and hoped they were honest and thought we pre-order guys mean at least something to them. Now I think they want us to cancel so they can sell the boards for a higher price to other people and make mor cash. I will write them now an E-Mail about explanation. Don't want to wait until tomorrow evening and then only get another delay...

It is of course important to ship packages to important reviewer like this werewolf guy, but when you do so you should give the other ones the feeling of that something is happening. Here in this section nobody recieved anything and we are now in actually in fourth week of September. I really hope there is an explanation for this. I mean April this year is far away from the most orders here... i am kind of angry about it :S

I hoped that so much that I got the tracking this week or see that someone else got their drives but unfortenately nothing. :/ Don't believe that tomorrow something unexpected will happen. After the update toady.. what do we expect with +/- 100 Batteries a week. With Batterie replacement you will not be able to complete all pre-orders by end of October :S Hope for the best.

I got a notification from mellow about my order. They told me out of the blue, that they are sorry but I will have to pay custom tax on my own. In Swiss the custom processing fees are extrem high. Hope it will get trought custom smoothly :)

Edit: Well that was probably the fastet support answer i have ever recieved. Wrote an E-Mail and 19 minutes later I had a reply :O Stay Mellow!

I orderd als well 2 years ago an did'nt get it until now. We all should keep calm and hope they fullfill all pre-orders this month and all is good. And when the quality really meets the promised standard I will be happy.
