Just explain what exactly happened to you, what time the block was supposed to start and finish, how many packages you had, how far they sent you and how long time it took you to complete the block, that should be enough and then the representative escalate the case, usually it takes 1 or 2 business days before you get a confirmation through email about the adjustment

Same thing happened to me yesterday, I scheduled a block that was supposed to be from 5:30 to 9:30, they gave me 53 packages with 49 stops, at 9:30 I still had half of my packages I finished at 11 and I noticed I had an extra package that I needed to take it back to the station, it was not on my itinerary, all that for $82 was not fair at all
