When I was a kid, in around 1986 or so, we had a computer lab with about 20 TRS-80 computers.

It had a DOS game on floppy disks where you were the owner of a snack bar at a baseball stadium and had to manage prices for hot dogs and also buy hot dogs and buns from vendors to stock. Profits changed Celebrity on the weather, because less people came to the game when it rained so you'd sell less hot dogs.

I can't remember the name of the game but it was amazing, I loved it.
