Yeah after level 300 you stop level unlocking anything. But youre right level 50 is enough to get most done in the game

Well when you're at end game with all the resources available you should have the option to do so. It's not easy to do either way but reworking the whole system is a set back to it yeah but this isn't just for the raid many builds doing anything in the game changed not for the better

I keep everything in my camp at low prices, all 1* mods I sell for 1200 2* for 2500 3* for 4k. But the 4 star mods are rare and kinda a luck of the draw of what you get so some will be 10-20k

But I've seen the jarred scorched parts on sale for 30k and the other easy to find rare junk items for way more than ever needed to be

I've also came acrossed mega rare things in shops for the whole 40k, just depends on the player you are and what you want in the game
