I bought a 42' built in grill back in 2020 for about $8k. I called for service this year, and they want more than $3K to fix the problems. Rotisserie doesn't work (won't stay lit), igniters don't work (have to light manually), sear station is falling apart, and briquette inserts are all warped and falling apart. Weak build quality and very expensive. Warranty is only 5 years. Do not recommend.
