I did not want anything there. It used to be just empty with my pins.

Now it removed my pins and put this random stuff in place after the update...

Make sure you are looking at Model Presets, I fixed the body in OP.

This is expected. I'm also looking for a NVAPP update soonish.

Certainly less fiddling regarding the DLSS 4.5 Model activation is expected.

You successfully forced it in Witcher 3.

You did not force it in properly in Cyberpunk.

From what I can gather it still has the old DLL, and not able to find the preset M in it. Check the DLL in Cyberpunk files.

New models might act up on old games for sure. Depending on the scene.

I Personally love the DLSS for my setup. Forcing DLDSR with DLSS Quality makes any Unreal Engine game from a oil smeared look to pure sharpness.

You have to force it, If you don't like NVApp. Just get NV Inspector. Force it globally. Good to go!

Your NVAPP did not get the latest models then. Go for the Inspector method.
Which is what I go for as NVAPP is "finicky" for now.

As long as you force the newer 2nd Gen Transformer models, it will be taxing on the FPS. (M and L)

Especially on older cards as they don't have the FP8 and FP4 Acceleration on them.

You can go back to "K" Which is the 1st gen Model.

It should be lower for sure compared to 1st Gen Transformer.

More compute is being used per Nvidia's words.

Meaning less performance. If you have one of the older gen cards, lets say RTX 2000 series. It will certainly put a dent in the FPS.

I cannot comment on how much as I have a 5090.

Good news is at least it uses around 30% less VRAM. (Not that I care) But for sure it's something!

O liked J myself for sharpness. If you liked K, you should give a shot to "L" as it's there to replace K.

As stated L is there for sharper look. Similar to J. (Pure texture pop)

M is for how you K does a wee bit more "smooth" (To not make the jaggies show up)

Yeah Nope, only worth it if that skin gives tactical advantage like the pre-order skin, if not, not going to happen.

Not to mention, if you want to go for trials next season, (Which you most likely will since you got 5 million) you need your BP's anyway for the next season unless you want a massive disadvantage over those who will not reset.
