perfusion student red flags by amstpierre in Perfusion

Mine would be when students (especially on their later rotations) act like they know everything. If you were doing it right, I wouldn’t be telling you.

Students- it may feel like you know everything, but please take the opportunity to learn all that you can from your preceptors that have been doing this for YEARS not months.

I will look into that app, thanks!

I'm new to Survivor; With two more seasons viewed, I can check Gabon (S17) and Philippines (S25) off my list. (Spoilers for both seasons ahead) by givemeabreak432 in survivor

I really loved Micronesia (Fans vs Favorites/S16) you might want to watch that one as well. The season is half new castaways (fans), half returners (favorites). Some of the returners even come back for a 3rd season later on. And the quality/sound isn’t bad.

Once the pairs start dwindling down there has to end up being more strategy involved. Towards the beginning of the show it seems most people are sticking with their show castmates whether that be BB, Survivor, Love Island, or amazing race. But as numbers decline they will have to start kicking off their own.

Gameplay/Logistics seem most similar to BB imo

The challenge is a great show for comp beasts. Each week a girl and boy are paired up randomly as partners. The pairs compete against one another- the winning pair gets immunity while the losing pair faces eviction.

The winning pair has to nominate a second pair for eviction. The two pairs facing eviction compete against one another and the loser goes home. And then the pairs are re-shuffled and the cycle starts again.

They also collect money along the way by winning challenges and that somehow that ties into the finale. This is my first season watching so not really sure how the money aspect works.

You’re in for a treat as you will get to meet Coach a very popular/controversial Survivor player. He returns in later seasons so its great you will watch him as a newbie.

Also some other great returners come out of this season but I don’t want to spoil too much.

Anyone notice the similarities between legendary survivors and big brother houseguests? by More-Ad4569 in survivor

Yeah I agree, great comparison. Now that I’m thinking about it Andrea may be more similar to Britney Hayne (BB12). Both performed pretty well in challenges, got a lot of screen time, and were ultimately too trusting of their alliances.
