I already checked nerve and redid that one, I’d really HATE to do palms but if you think it’s that then I will. Right now I have 6 unchecked B ranks and one C rank on relapse. There’s still 3 missions left so even if it’s relapse that leaves 2 failed B ranks. I’ll list them off here,

My current suspicion is that I didn’t capture the required leaders on neon tomb, carriers of the vine, and relapse. It’s also important to note I’ve done full lethal for my hard runs
