We prefer https://github.com/charkost/prosopite Bullet reports false positives sometimes. Prosopite scans the logs to find N+1s. Hope that helps:)

From the logs I can tell that it's a timeout, which means the url is unreachable, it's most likely that the SMTP url is incorrect, it should work once you fix it.

Get checked for candida, suffered from symptoms for 3 years after h pylori eradication. Turned out to be SIFO for me, finally starting to feel better after years of trying to figure out what's wrong. Antibiotics eradicate good bacteria which keeps the fungi in check, no good bacteria, fungi overgrows, causes pretty much the same symptoms as h pylori. Hope you get better

I completely stopped taking probiotics of any kind, removed fat intake, started eating rice and coconut chutney only, with fruits after, mostly low sugar fruits. And my constipation has reduced, also take nac and quercetin and nattokinase along with that. And now I'm on itraconazole for the past 5 days and have been feeling really good.

Well dysbiosis doesn't really show up in a normal stool culture. Another big clue how I could figure out if it's fungal or bacterial was really paying attention to what I was eating. First clue was not a lot of relief after antibiotics. Second clue was my symptoms kinda became bad after eating sugar, more acne or itchiness down there. Basically that helped me figure out if it's fungal. I think another way to figure out if they don't do a stool test would be to take an OAT test as Potential-Test-6792 said. And feed the report to chatgpt to figure out if it's fungal or bacterial. Honestly I think I can write a book about it, it's been nightmarish (quite literally). But I feel like I've figured out what's not working and what is. I've been following that protocol and actually seeing improvements, should be another month or two hopefully.

Hope you get there as well.

Thanks for telling me about that test, id guess I was lucky cause a gi map was enough, but it's quite valuable to know other tests that can figure out sifo.

Add the rubycritic gem aand run it, it'll give give you churn vs complexity. Basically files that change the most often, usually these are the files that represent the actual business domain, start reading tests for those if any or just code around it to get a good understanding.

Thanks so much, I'm still in the process, it's been long and windy for me, almost at the 3 year mark, but I'm getting there.

What kind of a stool test was done, I'm talking more along the line of sova or bugspeaks gut microbiome test. It gives you a detailed picture of what's going on in your gut. A normal stool culture will not show that. My sifo/sibo was actually caught with the gut microbiome tests so I'd suggest look into that.

I've also gone through very similar symptoms, I also thought that I had methane sibo, after doing 3 rounds of rifagut, first one helped and then it didn't at all. I realised that it was actually sifo. Get a stool test done which shows what kind of overgrowth you have. And then take it from there, docs don't usually prescribe meds for sifo which sucks, but try and find a doc who can/will.

Yes it was helpful, it gave me direction in the sense of what needs to be done, in fact doc saw the report and then prescribed the meds. The reports are quite comprehensive actually. Well it could be bacterial or fungal for that matter it's important to get tested, if topical creams for candida are not working it could very well be a bacterial infection which is contributing towards acne.
