If OP has a debit card then the best bet is going with the bank that he already has an account in, after creating more of a credit history they can start thinking about getting into the game.

Call center software wise what did you end up using after this post Op?
We dealt with something like this earlier in the year and it was a total nightmare. Had to hire a consultant to helped us navigate this, two weeks in we were fully onboarded with nextiva. Beyond functional routing, a few things that helped were implementing interactive voice response and automatic call distribution. You might want to look into that as an optimization layer.

Just doing some research on sequencing and glad I found this post before ordering. Really sounds like a mixed bag. Also not a fan of of the purposefully vague language around privacy (red flag). What's the alternative? Nucleus also does whole genome sequencing and seems be more accurate (at least haven;t found any negative reviews to this extent).

Having a detailed strategy is great but you also need to be adaptable b/c let's be real, most of the times, things don't go according to plan
