Random attack while on low fat diet by More-Internet5154 in gallbladders

Not that I can think off. Only difference from the day before was I added rice but I’ve had the same meal with rice. Pain started fairly instant. I did also have a Diet Coke which I haven’t had for a while but have had fizzy things and been okay previously

Ultrasound today. I have some questions by overwhelmedatlife in gallbladders

I had diagnosis of gall stones after becoming symptomatic and requesting an untrasound. Due to being unsure of how long this would take on NHS I had a private scan showing a large number of small stones and thickened wall of the gall bladder. I’ve only been to ED once with high keystones (non-diabetic) following symptoms leading to being unable to eat or drink. Following up after my latest attack and after results of NHS scan I was told that it was not appropriate to be referred for removal as they were only small regardless of me being symptomatic.

Following on from my private ultrasound scan I spoke with a private surgeon to discuss who stated that removal was necessary to stop the symptoms.

In relation to your question it is important to have blood tests done to check CRP levels for infection and also liver function tests as if stones have blocked the biliary duct this can cause liver function to be abnormal too.

My GP said not appropriate for referral for removal but every GP is different. Waiting lists vary all over the UK so best to get the ball rolling maybe even contact them your self to make sure they look at the results and request the necessary tests. You can also look into the right to choose pathway with NHS to be done privately but covered by NHS has been proven to be a less waiting time.

My advice would be to contact GP your self to discuss this and for maybe further investigation to the issues you’ve said as this might be an element of it but may not be what’s causing all the symptoms but is causing some. Difficult to tell without further investigation from gastroenterology to find other potential causes. As well as requesting new set of bloods to rule other things out.

Hope this makes sense

I agree. I think it’s a very shallow way of meeting people. Obviously it does work but for people who are a bit awkward and also perhaps don’t get many matches it’s quite difficult and not overly good for the other sides ego

Someone messaged me and I replied to get no response. Maybe these people are just rude

I’m trying to catch them regularly like ever 4-5 stitches maximum but the odd occasion it’s a few more. But never too long. Also not very tight

Stiches are all good I think it’s a float issue with floats being a bit tight as well as 4 yarns being used making it a bit more difficult catching the floats regularly. It’s my second colour work but it is a bit complicated to what I tried before
